Historical Plaque.

Tribute to Tonawanda Library Director, Mary McKee, and artist, Phyllis Burgio-Robinson, for 1993 creation of 3-D carousel horses. Display decorated the round, children's books area of the library, to resemble a real carousel. Plaque also notes loan of carousel wall art panels from circa 1905, preserved by the Historical Society of the Tonawandas.
